These terms and conditions apply to the "Last Minute Snowboard Japan Madarao 5D4N Giveaway" organized by Last Minute Travel Sdn. Bhd. By participating in this giveaway, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Giveaway Period and Participation Method

• Giveaway Period :Ends on August 8, 2025 (23:59, MYT).

• Annoucement:The winner will be announcedon August 10, 2025 via the organizer’s official Instagram page @lastminute.snowboard ）公布。

• To participate, you must complete all three steps below:

  1. Like this post + Tag 3 friends in the comments and comment: "Jom! Let’s go snowboarding together!"

  2. Share this Reels to your IG Story and take a screenshot as proof.

  3. Follow the organizer’s Instagram account: @lastminute.snowboard

  4. Follow the organizer’s Xiaohongshu (RED) account: @Last Minute Snowboard

Only participants who complete all four steps will be eligible for the giveaway.

2. Prize Details

• The prize consists of 2 spots for the Last Minute Snowboard Japan Madarao Tour Package (1 spot per person, flights not included).

• A total of two individual winners will be selected.

• Each winner will receive a 5-day, 4-night travel package, which includes:

  • 3 nights accommodation at the ski resort (with breakfast & dinner)

  • 1 night accommodation in Tokyo

  • 2-day snowboard lesson

  • Lift pass

  • Equipment rental (snow wear and protective gear require separate rental)

  • Round-trip ground transportation throughout the trip

• International flights, lunch, personal travel insurance, and other personal expenses are not included in the prize. All travel arrangements to and from Japan must be made at the winners' own expense.

3. Companion Surcharge Details

• If a winner chooses to join the trip alone, an additional fee of RM1,100 will apply to cover the cost of single occupancy accommodation and private transportation.

• If the winner travels with one companion, no additional fee will be charged to the winner. The companion may purchase an additional travel package by contacting our customer service. Limited slots available, first come, first served.

• Any applicable surcharge will be informed by the organizer after prize confirmation. Payment must be completed within the specified deadline in order to retain eligibility for the prize.

The surcharge is based on actual incurred costs and cannot be waived, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.

4. Prize Redemption and Trip Departure Information

• Winners must submit their complete personal details (including passport information and contact details) within 7 days of the winner announcement. Failure to do so will be deemed as forfeiting the prize.

• The winner and their companion must comply with the fixed departure date arranged by the organizer. Once the trip is confirmed, it cannot be changed and may only be used for ski tour departures scheduled before April 2026.

• The prize is not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, non-resellable, and may not be used for any commercial purposes.

• Winners must provide a screenshot of their IG Story share as proof.

5. Privacy and Use of Personal Data

• All personal information provided by participants and winners will be used solely for purposes related to this giveaway, including but not limited to identity verification, travel arrangements, insurance applications, and internal marketing analysis by the organizer.

• The organizer will handle all data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA 2010). Personal information will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for any unrelated commercial purposes.

• Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. For any such requests, please contact us via email at: info@lastminutetravel.com.my

6. Health and Safety Declaration

• Winners and their companions must confirm that they are in good physical health and fit to participate in snow sports activities.

• The organizer reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or safety concerns.

7. Disclaimer

• This giveaway is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta (Instagram, Facebook), or Xiaohongshu in any way.

• The organizer shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in participation due to third-party factors such as platform errors, internet disruptions, or failed data submissions.

• The organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, modify prize details, or terminate the giveaway at any time, with final interpretation rights.
