1. Order Confirmation & Deposit Policy

1. To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

2. All deposits are non-refundable, unless the trip is cancelled by the LAST MINUTE TRAVEL SDN BHD or in exceptional cases otherwise notified.

3. The full payment must be completed at least 90 days prior to departure.

1. If you need to change your departure date or participant name, please inform us as early as possible.

2. All changes may incur administrative fees and fare differences, to be borne by the customer.

3. No amendments will be accepted within 90 days of departure.

3. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, flight cancellations, or snow resort closures, we will assist customers in rescheduling the trip or offer partial refunds (excluding non-recoverable costs). LAST MINUTE TRAVEL SDN BHD shall not be held liable for any additional losses arising from such cancellations.

• This policy applies to all bookings made through our official website, social media platforms, or authorized agents.

• We reserve the right to adjust this policy based on specific situations or supplier requirements.

• In the event of a dispute, Malaysian law shall apply, and LAST MINUTE TRAVEL SDN BHD reserves the right of final interpretation.
